: Place is old and cock roach big enough to carry off my bag was under it when I picked it up. Only place in town with rooms and only showered ther as I was fearful of bed bugs. Should have read the reviews first.

: I seen this hotel 5 years ago and it was phenomenal. That is why I tried to return, there was dead bugs all over the room an inch crack all the way around the room between the wall and ceiling. There was no phone the TV was from the 80s and the picture what's hard to see. I came in late that night because I had just arrived at the airport and had to drive 2 hours there. So I was stuck with it for the night in the morning I tried to speak with the staff and see if I could get a refund to go stay somewhere else. They couldn't offer me any refund or discount and I couldn't just go anywhere else cuz all the hotels were booked for a special event in Quincy. I don't really understand how this hotel is open after reading other people's posts on Google it seems to be the hotel should be condemned.. We returned home today trying to make the best of the experience to realize that we had bites on our bodies which is clearly from bed bugs at the hotel!
: The dead bugs the cracks in the walls the poor quality all the way around. The pool is drained and non-functional. I have photos that I can submit at your request. Also to return home to realize we had bites on us from some kind of pest infestation most likely bed bugs is highly unacceptable and I will do everything I can to make sure this gets to the right people.

  : Absolutely nothing. Horrible hotel.
: Mold, no elevator, no luggage carts, no phones, bugs, dirty, rude staff, lots of "homeless" and scary looking people around. Needed to move rooms bc of mold, drywall didnt even touch the ceiling. No breakfast. A few spoiled milk cartons and stale cereal. Horrific hotel from hell. Should be condemned.

Very Poor

Traveller Type: family with young children
: Basically non-existent. Some cold cereal and bagels
: The boiler was broken so only the rooms had heat. The beds were awful, springs and edges were almost coming through the mattresses. Very sketchy people all over the hotel. And the indoor pool was not only down, but had been obviously down for a long time. Only half of the outlets in the room worked. We travel a lot for softball. This might be the worst place I've ever stayed

Very Poor

Traveller Type: group
: Nothing about this place at all
: The rooms were disgusting, I had to be moved because our shower was filthy and the water was not working to shower. They moved us to an equally disgusting room. Very disappointed in my stay and in the state of building.

: Tv remote didn't work, no phone in the room to call desk, tried to call on my phone no answer. No elevator, i have very bad knees. Wanted coffee there was a set up in the room with everything except no coffee. Decided ice would be ok ice machine on 1st and 3rd floors. So i make my way to the 1st floor ice machine not working.
